The Sarnia guild designed and made fabric swatch samples for the Guild of Canadian Weavers 2001 newsletters. The fabric was designed using a name draft based on the phrase "Guild of Canadian Weavers" and woven with different treadlings for each of the newsletters.
Our weaver is working on one of the floor looms at the loft. She is wearing a jacket woven in purples, black, and gray in a Summer & Winter Unit Treadlings design.
