Jazz and Blues in the Village
Jazz and Blues in the Village is in its 5^th year.  It takes place the third weekend in September.

SODA Golf Tournament
The Annual SODA Golf Tournament was started in 1994 and is one of our biggest fund-raisers.  It is held the 3rd Friday in June at the St. Clair Parkway Golf Course in Mooretown, Ontario.

Meat Raffles
For the past several years we held a summertime meat raffles at the Balmoral.  In 2007 we moved it to the Two Amigos and it was held in the month of November. 

Hearts in Bars
This fundraiser has been going for about four years.  SODA Hearts are placed at local bars where patrons can purchase one for a Toonie.  The patron signs their name and it is then displayed at the bar.  This started out as a Christmastime project, but we have decided that we will have it instead in April, which is Organ and Tissue Donation Awareness month.

“One Time” Fundraisers
Several years ago a generous man donated a large doll house that he had built.  We then raffled it off and used the proceeds for awareness.  We have also raised funds with a Victorian Tea, which was held in an old Victorian home in downtown Sarnia and the servers were dressed in Victorian style clothing.  Desserts for the tea were donated by local restaurants.  In the past we sponsored the musical “Forever Plaid”, and the comedy “The Perfect Manhattan”.  Both productions starred local talent with the profit from the shows came back to SODA.

Pro Am Golf Tournament
This is a very special fundraiser for SODA.  Sarnia Golf and Curling Club plans the annual Pro Am Golf Tournament.  Proceeds from the event are donated to local charities.  SODA, along with the Sarnia Kidney Foundation, has been chosen to receive the proceeds from this for the third year in a row.   We are truly grateful to SGCC for their support of our endeavours.

In the past we have also raised money with a car lotteries, cash lotteries, and Nevada Ticket sales.
