Just Who Is The Sarnia Concert Association, Anyway?

Greetings from the Board

The SCA Board sincerely wishes to acknowledge your ongoing enthusiasm for our Concert Series. Additional financial support, through charitable donations at various members' levels from "Benefactors" to "Donors", is a key component in maintaining musical excellence in our area.

It has been gratifying for our SCA audiences to be dazzled by the very best professional, talented performers at the Imperial Theatre in recent years. Artists tell us that they appreciate our venue and are impressed especially by the warmth and excitement they feel when entertaining us.

Our first concert will be a sensational vocal ensemble from Vancouver called "musica intima". Brilliant pianist Shoshana Telner will complete 2009; the Penderecki Quartet together with the amazing Dancetheatre David Earle will usher in 2010.  The Quebec Viennese Music Society will liven March, and the Gryphon Trio will delight us in April.

Thanks - join us this season and enjoy the concerts.

SCA President, 2009-2010

Governance

The SCA is a not-for-profit group run by a volunteer board of about 20 members.  There are the usual President, Past President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and others interested in quality community entertainment.
