Moore Skating Season Test Accomplishments
Listed below are the Moore Skating Club private skaters and their accomplishments.
We are so proud of each and every one of them,
and share in the joy their achievements bring.
The quality of our program and instructors is revealed during our test days.
All members tested have past a test so far this season.

Joseph Bainbridge is working on completing his Junior Bronze dances.
Sarah Beer is working on her Senior Bronze dances.
She was unable to test this past December due to illness on the test day, but will be ready
for the next one.
Brittany Brown was also unable to test this past December due to illness.
She is presently working on her Senior Bronze dances.
Chandel Brown successfully passed her Swing this past December, and will continue with her
Junior Bronze dances. Chandel is presently working on her Preliminary Skill and Freeskate.
Keep up the good work Chandel.
Tanya Brown has had a very successful year so far. She has passed her Junior Bronze
Freeskate and Keat's Foxtrot in our spring school, and her Senior Silver Skills and
Harris Tango this past December. Her goal is to be one of the youngest Moore Club members
to earn a Gold Skate. Congratulations Tanya, and good luck.
Amber Dell one of our intermediate skaters, has recently completed her Junior Bronze
dances with her recent December pass on the Willow Waltz. Congratulations Amber.
Chantelle Germain one of our youngest private skaters, has completed her Preliminary
dances with her successful pass on the Canasta Tango during Spring School and her recent
December pass of the Baby Blues. Way to go Chantelle.
Jessica Hopper has successfully completely her Junior Silver dances with passing her
Harris Tango this past December. Jessica, one of our senior members and a dedicated
volunteer with our skating club, is working towards her Senior Bronze and Silver Artistic
Freeskates. Presently, Jessica is our only member participating in the artistic test
program.
Michelle MacRae another one of our youngest private skaters, also has sucessfully
completed her Preliminary dances. Recently she passed her Baby Blues in December and her
Canasta Tango during our spring school. Keep up the good work Michelle.
Hayley Maggermans is presently working on her Senior Bronze dances with the passing of her
Fourteenstep this past December. She is also working towards her Junior Bronze Freeskate
and her Senior Bronze Skill - and she's only 10 years old!
Laurel Molson completed her Senior Bronze dances with the passing of her Fourteenstep.

Erica Murray one of our 9 year old junior skaters, is presently working on her Junior
Bronze dances. She has successfully passed her Class 7 Skill during our spring school
and is presently working on her Preliminary Freeskate and her Junior Bronze skill.
Keep up the good work Erica.
Christine Nicol has successfully completed her Senior Silver dances with the passing of
her Starlight in August. She also has a good start on her Gold Dances with the passing of
the Quickstep this December. She earned her Gold Skill during spring school, and has
recently passed her Senior Silver Freeskate this past December. Christine will take a
break from skating when she is on a 3-month exchange in France this season, but hopefully
will continue with the 'Gold Rush' when she gets back.
Amanda Robinson another dedicated senior in our club, has out done herself this past
December with the successful completion of her Senior Bronze dances by passing both her
Fourteenstep and her European. She also passed her Junior Bronze Skill this same test day.
Hang on to that energy Amanda.
Samantha Scott also had an impressive December test day with the passing of her
Preliminary Freeskate and passing for both her Swing and Fiesta Tango of her Junior
Bronze dances. Looking good Samantha.
Leanne Smith one of our 9 year old Juniors, has a long list of accomplishments this
season. She started out with passing her Class 7 skill and her Fiesta Tango during spring
school. She completed her Junior Bronze dances by passing both the Swing and Willow Waltz
this past December. Congratulations Leanne.
Jill Stephens successfully completed her Class 7 skill during spring school. She is
presently working on her Junior Bronze dances and the 9 year old is preparing to test her
Preliminary Freeskate this season. Good Luck Jill, but judging from your medals, you don't
need much!
Robyn Taylor one of our intermediate skaters, also is having a successful season.
She passed both her Class 5 skill and her Ten-Fox dance during spring school. She is
presently working towards the completion of her Senior Bronze dances.
Keep up the good work Robyn.
Sarah Taylor our senior skater who skated competitive this past season, has
successfully passed the Starlight Waltz this past December. She is presently working on
her Junior Silver Freeskate, and look for her to have her Gold Skill in the near future.
You go girl!
Kirsten Thompson also is passing with leaps and bounds. In our spring school alone she
passed her Class 6 skill, her Preliminary Freeskate and her Swing. She is presently working
toward the completion of her Junior Bronze dances. Always smiling with much success,
our Kirsten.
Heidi Vallinga recently completed her Junior Silver dance with the passing of her
Harris Tango during spring school. She is presently working on her Senior Silver dances
with the passing of her Killian this past December. Look for her to be passing her Senior
Silver skill in the near future. Keep up the good work.
Erin Workman earned both her Gold Artistic and her Class 2 skill this past spring school.
Erin is taking a hiatus from skating this school season, but we hope to see her back in
the future.
Sarah Young has completed her Senior Bronze dances with the passing of her European
this past December. She has also completed her Class 5 skill this past spring school.
Sarah is presently working on her Junior Bronze Freeskate.
Klara Zierk one of our younger skaters, has passed both her Dutch Waltz this past
July and her Canasta Tango this past December. She is well on her way to the completion
of her Preliminary dances.
