Camping at Point Pelee Spring 2003

I am getting better at the technique of getting through to the Reservation Office at Point Pelee so I was able to book some good dates for the LWI camp at Pelee this Spring. We are booked for four nights: Monday May 5, Tuesday May 6, Wednesday May 7 and Thursday May 8 for Little Raccoon North. We have to vacate the site by 11 am on Friday May 9. We have to share the site with another group in order to get these dates. However last year sharing wasn't a problem so hopefully it will be OK again this year. We are limited to eight campers.

Camping fees are the same as last year: $224 divided by the number of campers. I expect we will have our full contingent of 8. Since these dates are going to be popular, a deposit of $28 will be required to hold your place. If you have to cancel, your money will be refunded as long as we can find someone to take your place (I will keep a waiting list when we get more than 8 people).

The camp will be limited to LWI members until April 28, 2003. At that point we will open it up to anyone if there are still spaces available. >
