What is the CCRC?

The Community & County Radio Club is an independent non-profit service organization consisting of over 30 volunteer members. Since its inception on June 21, 1992, its members have been donating their time and equipment (vehicles, radios, etc.) when called upon to provide two-way radio communications in response to worthy community and county projects.

The CCRC is always prepared to assist local police by providing supplementary communications for any emergency, including fire, blizzard, flood, tornado and other disasters, as well as parades and other various public activities or life-threatening situations.           

The objectives of the CCRC are:

(i) to assist the community in times of need.

(ii) to provide supplementary radio communications in any emergency situation within the community when called upon.

The CCRC is founded solely as a non-profit organization and the organization shall be carried on without purpose of gain for its members and any profits or other gains to the organization shall be used in promoting its objectives.
