Our motel is a one story, no hallway building. The parking is right in front of your motel room. We have twelve regular motel units (smoking/non-smoking) which include either one queen bed or two queen beds, direct dial phones, small fridge, T.V. (antenna), four pc. bath and air conditioner/heat control. Our three efficiency units have either one or two double beds, full size fridge, stove, kitchen sink and cupboard space. There's also four pc. bath, direct dial phones, T.V. (antenna) air conditioner/heat control. We will supply linen, cooking and kitchen utensils. (but because of past use some cooking items may not be in like-new condition.)
