		Since my Call to the Bar in 1969, I have developed a broad,but focused, practice in the following areas of the law: Real Estate & Mortgages Wills & Estates Divorce & Family Law Civil Litigation Business & Corporate Law Business Purchase & Sales Mortgages Actions & Defenses Municipal Law A considerable portion of my practice is devoted to Mortgage Collection work, and to the defense of actions commenced by lenders. I have done well over two thousand mortgage collections for Institutional Lenders, and , of that estimated total, a significant number were in the areas of commercial, industrial and multiple family residential apartment buildings.
