		I am a recognized leader in the mortgage collection field of law. I am in the process of co-authoring a text, for lawyers, on Power of Sale. That remedy isthe most commonly utilized method of mortgage collection. As a result of my mortgage collection work, and a significant real estate practice, I developed a heavy concentration of construction lien files, and in particular those that were complex and required an expertise of how to shorten the time frames in such circumstances.
