COMPUTER LITERACY - CLIENT ADVOCACY
		From the advent of the PC in the office environment I have been able to capitalize on my hobby, as a computer aficionado, to conquer paper. Increasingly winning the war over paper enables many a lawsuit to be won. The number of documents in a commercial litigation, mortgage remedies or construction lien file is growing exponentially, and technology has enabled me to manage / categorize that documentation to advantage. I continue to utilize, in the practice, proprietary software for real estate, corporate, litigation, wills, estates and commercial fields. I have been able to provide effective legal services on a case / project management basis mainly because I have been able to employ technology for communication, research, document preparation, litigation support and case management.
